Our Chef Matthieu concoct delicious dishes and pastries without gluten and will be able to adapt to the particular diets: sportsman, vegetarian, vegan or others …!
In our restaurant, you will not have a menu card, but we will offer you a daily menu, according to the arrivals to guarantee fresh and seasonal products. Thus, the creativity of the Chef is put into action every day, as a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!
We highlight the products of Pilat by working with the local producers that we have selected according to their culture and / or breeding methods respectful of the environment and animals.
We offer all year long fresh, seasonal and local products (short circuit supply (40km around our establishment)), mostly organic and gluten free.
