Our RESTAURANT offers original dishes and full of flavors

made from healthy, local and seasonal products, mostly organic

and from the producers of Pilat

… or direct from the garden!

 Our Chef Matthieu concoct delicious dishes and pastries without gluten and will be able to adapt to the particular diets: sportsman, vegetarian, vegan or others …!

 In our restaurant, you will not have a menu card, but we will offer you a daily menu, according to the arrivals to guarantee fresh and seasonal products. Thus, the creativity of the Chef is put into action every day, as a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!

 We highlight the products of Pilat by working with the local producers that we have selected according to their culture and / or breeding methods respectful of the environment and animals.

We offer all year long fresh, seasonal and local products (short circuit supply (40km around our establishment)), mostly organic and gluten free.

 Our goal: at least one ingredient from each menu from our permaculture garden

 Cooking workshops for young and old are organized throughout the year. To know the next date and register :

The dining room is located in the former barn of the farm dating from 1906.

We wanted to preserve the charm and the authenticity of this place: imagine a stable here years ago! with huge tree trunks as beams, exposed stone walls, feeders and old racks of time with inscribed on small panels the name of the cows! …

Today, the ubiquitous nature and the sun come through the huge windows of the dining room that offer a panoramic view of the garden, and further, the fields, forests and hills …

Our Chef Matthieu started to develop a taste for cooking very young.

He says that at the age of 9, he was already taking orders from diners around the table at family dinners!

At the age of 14, had a true passion for gastronomy, he began the hotel school Jehanne de France in Lyon and continued his training at the Lycée Bellerive in Vienna. He has worked at the Domaine de Divonne and several major hotels in Lyon.

Lover of good products, he develops creative cuisine, evolving with the seasons and revisits traditional dishes.

His specialty: low temperature cooking. Without fat, this technique retains the flavors and nutritional values ​​of the products to sublimate them.

Closing days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (service is provided for guests staying in rooms even on closing days of the restaurant).
